Henriot Brut Souverain is a non-vintage Champagne crafted from a blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Meunier, sourced from over 25 crus in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims regions. This Champagne offers a brilliant straw-gold color with fine, persistent bubbles, and presents aromas of citrus, yellow fruits, vine flowers, elderflowers, brioche, and toasted almonds. On the palate, it is lively and balanced, featuring flavors of brioche, morello cherry, and candied plum, leading to a clean, refreshing finish with citrus notes.
